Pricing, ordering and payment
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Promotions and offers are as stated on the website and no further discounts will apply. We reserve the right to exchange any wines in advertised mixed case packages should the need arise. The replacement wines will be of similar value to the original. We also reserve the right to terminate any promotions, offers or lines of wine without given notice.
We endeavour to make the advertised vintage of wine available as per our website but these cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us directly if you are particularly interested in a certain vintage.
We endeavour to ensure all prices are correct on the website. However errors may occur and we are under no obligation to supply wines at the incorrect price. Should an error occur, we shall contact you to ask if you wish to continue with your order.
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcohol. It is illegal for anyone to act as an agent for someone under 18 years in the purchase of alcohol.
By placing an order on our website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if we are not sure this is the case.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Payment can be made via the website using a credit, debit card or Paypal.
Our delivery service by courier operates a 48 hour service (not guaranteed and dependent on collection/delivery slots available from courier used), Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Orders dispatched next working day. For special requests please get in contact on 01629 815255
Using our courier service we can deliver to all postcodes in England and Wales. Unfortunately at this present time we are unable to offer services to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or outside of the UK. We are also unable to deliver to more remote areas of Northern Ireland and Scotland.
If you are in Northern Ireland or Scotland and are unsure as to whether we can deliver, please see the below postcodes which unfortunately we are unable to service.
Delivery is charged on a per order basis
To qualify for free local delivery there is a minimum purchase of 12 bottles (excluding soft drinks). The hours of these deliveries in most instances are Wednesday to Friday 9am – 4pm. For specific deliveries outside these times please contact us directly to arrange.
You can opt to collect your wines in store at a convenient time to suit both parties.
We recommend arranging deliveries to a work address where possible or to an address where there will be someone present to receive the delivery. For specific delivery dates and times please get in contact on 01629 815255
Returns and replacements
A full refund or replacement will be provided in the case of faulty goods once the said goods are returned to us for our inspection and we deem the goods to be faulty.
In any other circumstance for return please contact us and we will advise you how to proceed.
